Strawberry Drink
by Kevin Nolan Hill

If you want to know the kind of drinks to gain weight and build muscles, well you are in the right place. This article will teach you about the different kinds of drinks that are easy to prepare and can be done on your own kitchen at home. There is nothing wrong with drinking high-priced protein powders, but preparing your own drinks will allow you to have more control over the flavor as well as the caloric content of the drink.

Protein Drinks

Body builders would often suggest eating solid foods in order to consume more protein needed for building, but drinking protein drinks are actually a lot better. While protein drinks do not have any magical properties to increase your muscle mass in an instant, it contains a nutritional value that is equivalent to that of a chicken breast. However, expect that your protein drink won't turn out to be as delicious as that of a chicken, but it is guaranteed to deliver the same nutritional content.

Juicing - Glasses Of Juice
by William Paice

Most people begin juicing for the health benefits juicing can bring into our lives. But do you really know exactly what benefits you are getting from juicing raw fruits and vegetables? Let’s explore the top five health benefits of juicing:

1. Juicing concentrates the nutrients that exist in fruits and vegetables.

Have you ever noticed that it takes a whole lot of carrots to make one small glass of carrot juice? The juicer discards the fibrous pulp and extracts the juice, which contains almost all of the nutritious vitamins and minerals found in vegetables or fruits. The only thing that is not extracted is dietary fiber, of which only a small amount makes its way into the juice unless you mix some of the pulp back into the juice.

Toilet Paper - Bowel Movement
by Jordan Glenn

According to many personal trainers, having regular bowel movements is an important part of maintaining a fitness regimen. If for some reason a client is not as regular as they would like, it is a good idea to increase the intake of dietary fiber. Fiber can be increased by eating whole grains, and fruits, and vegetables. Instead of just having protein drinks, the fitness enthusiast can add green smoothies to their diet. These will increase fiber, and energy, and add additional nutrients, which are the building blocks of health .

A factor that is important during the resting and rebuilding phase is nutrition. A strong sculpted physique requires, regular workouts, rest, and proper nutrition. Under these conditions a healthy body will be able to build stronger muscles and increase fitness. The optimum word here is healthy. Besides proper nutrition, proper elimination is required to keep the body healthy. Cells are constantly breaking down and being rebuilt. To build the best cells possible the human body needs to be able to metabolize all of the nutrients that are ingested.
